Your monthly lease will vary based on the lighting experience you choose, and the length of the leasing term. You can select a lease period of 3 or 5 years.

Leasing can be seen as a cross between owning and borrowing. INCUBE LIGHTING owns the installations, while the customers are the one who uses it and pays a monthly rent.

At INCUBE LIGHTING you lease the lighting installation and all necessary equipment for it to function properly.

Includes consulting with our architecture team with planning and sketching of your interior design. In addition, we deliver and install the installation to your desirable location. When you enter into a leasing agreement with us, you also receive a maintenance agreement. Which is when our team runs a check in the system to test its performance. This agreement also involves an annual visit, with updates to the newest version of lighting simulation.

Start-up capital is an amount that must be paid when a leasing agreement is signed. This amount is deducted when the monthly payment is calculated based on the financing amount.

The residual value is the price the installation can be purchased at when the lease expires. If you wish to purchase the furniture when the lease period expires, the buyout price will be available for your. This amount is determined by the price of the installation you have leased, how long you have leased it and the assumed loss in value.

We offer a quick on-going support to our customers during our leasing period. When the leasing period is over, and you have purchased the installation, you can choose to keep our maintenances and and updates for an agreed annual price.

If any of the elements that are part of the installation are damaged , you must contact us as soon as possible. Our team will then see if the damage can be repaired and make the necessary improvements. Any improvements or damage beyond what is covered by the contract, will be charged, either by adding the value of the fix into the residual value of the lease agreement or by 1 installment, as agreed with client.
